Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS on small/medium packages, and UPS Ground on larger packages. We do not ship on U.S. Holidays.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping charges are flat rates based upon package size, weight, and carrier.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
International Shipments: Orders with international destinations are typically shipped via DHL or FedEx, will include a commercial invoice, and do NOT include any customs fees. The customer will be responsible for any import fees/taxes/etc. required by their country.
